It’s easy!
1. Start by visiting our shop and browsing the products we offer. When you find the item you’re looking for, go to the product page and click “Add” to place it in your basket. You can adjust the quantity if you wish to purchase more than one unit. You can then either “View basket” or “Continue shopping”.
2. Once you have added all the items you wish to purchase, click on the “Basket” and check the order summary to ensure everything is correct.
3. Click on “Checkout” to proceed with your purchase. You will need to sign in or, if you do not yet have an account, create one. To complete your purchase, fill in all the required details, choose your delivery method and select your payment method.
4. Once your purchase is complete, you will receive a confirmation email with all the details.
We offer several payment methods, including:
Multibanco
When selecting this option, you will receive an email with the payment details. You can then complete the payment via an ATM or home banking by selecting “Payments” followed by “Services”. You have 24 hours to complete the payment. After this period, the order will be cancelled.
MB Way
If you choose MB Way, you must have the app installed. Enter your mobile number and complete your order. You will receive a payment request on your phone and have 4 minutes to authorise it in the MB Way app.
Once the payment is authorised, we will send you an order confirmation email. If, for any reason, the payment platform indicates that the payment was not successful, the order will be cancelled.
Credit Card
If you choose to pay by credit card, you can do so securely. In accordance with the security rules established by VISA International and Europay/Mastercard International, all transaction authorisation requests require the card security code (CVV2/CVC2).
Payshop
Simple payment through the Payshop agent network, CTT shops or post offices.
To check the status of your order, follow these steps:
1. Sign in and go to your account, then click on “Orders”;
2. Select the order you wish to view and click “View” to access all details. If the seller has provided tracking information, you will also be able to follow your order via the courier’s website;
3. If the order status is “Completed”, you may also access your invoice;
4. If you need to report any issue with the items received, you can do so by clicking on “Support”.
If you wish to cancel an order, you should contact Customer Support and request cancellation. Refunds for cancellations and returns are processed using the same payment method used for the purchase. The refund will be made within a maximum period of 30 days.

If your order arrives damaged, it is important to check the packaging at the time of delivery. If you notice any issue, you should refuse the delivery and note the reason on the courier’s delivery slip.
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact Customer Support and provide as much information as possible about the issue. This will help us find an effective solution, including details of any damaged or incorrect items and the condition of the packaging.
