Artistas no Bairro
We are a collective of Portuguese brands, crafted by Portuguese hands, with everything designed and made with love, care and attention to detail!
This group was created in 2011 by TrüSka Design!
It was born from the simple idea of organising a Christmas Market in their neighbourhood. At this first event, ten wonderful urban crafts and design brands took part, and the success of this initiative led TrüSka to continue bringing this project to life — thus giving rise to the Artistas no Bairro Community!
Jardim Quinta da Lagoa, Centro Comercial Monumental, and Galeria Verney in Oeiras were some of the locations where markets featuring Artistas no Bairro brands were organised.
Until settling in 2020, every Sunday, inside Mercado da Vila in Cascais, the project continued to grow. Since then, this market has hosted national brands that are part of this artistic community, now recognised for its design, taste, and the quality of the brands presented.
The year 2025 marks another milestone in this journey with the launch of our online shop.
Here, you can discover many of the artists who are part of this creative community and purchase their products, supporting these small businesses and helping to make people happier!
